Service Technician - Saratoga

Diagnose defects and complete repairs on building systems, grounds, and amenities per resident requests and preventative maintenance schedules. Execute make-ready processes for vacant units by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendor work. Manage inventory by tracking supplies, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors for re-orders. Document all service requests accurately and assist in property inspections to identify safety concerns. Comply with safety policies through routine training and incident reporting. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential travel to other properties. Requires EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
