Job Summary
The Service Technician will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other failures in trucks and related equipment. Responsibilities include performing disassembly, repair, and reassembly of truck components, utilizing diagnostic tools, and maintaining accurate records of work completed. Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills for customer interaction and must be proficient in using computer and diagnostic devices. Physical demands include the ability to work on and around trucks and lift required weights.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma desired
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to operate computer diagnostic devices
- Must be able to pass a physical and drug and alcohol screens
- Ability to lift 50 pounds to the waist and 25 pounds to the shoulder
