Job Summary
Maintenance-focused Service Technician role serving a large portfolio in Tiburon, CA. Respond to maintenance requests, prepare apartments for move-ins, and keep curb appeal and common areas in top shape. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, locks, and more; support inspections and preventative maintenance; participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance. Must possess a valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation; physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs. Part-time schedule (three days per week: Tuesday–Thursday) with driving responsibilities and a collaborative team environment. Location-based duties at one of Rutherford Management Company’s properties; background check and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of general maintenance experience (apartment or multi-site preferred)
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Team-oriented attitude
