Service Technician-Roofing

Execute roof maintenance and repairs by laying out materials, removing debris, and patching broken sections using basic tools and measuring devices. Operate vehicles, mechanized devices, and hand tools while adhering to WRSM, OSHA, and owner safety requirements. Perform test cuts on various roof systems to ensure buildings remain protected from weather conditions like rain or snow. Clean work areas after job completion and communicate with Service, Project, and Supervisors to achieve daily project goals. Travel in and out of state for short and long-term assignments.
