Job Summary
Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires across passenger cars, light trucks, large trucks, and industrial vehicles. Perform oil changes, brake jobs, and light suspension repairs while maintaining Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems. Assist with inventory loading, unloading, and physical counts. Participate in ongoing training, follow safety protocols, and uphold company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift tires weighing 30–250 lbs. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass a pre-employment drug screen. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift/move tires weighing between 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical aids
- Ability to perform physically demanding work involving repetitive motion, forceful exertion, and working in awkward postures or under vibration
