Service Technician - Repair Service

Troubleshoot and repair nail guns and staple guns for customers while demonstrating effective equipment operation and daily maintenance training. Regularly complete customer orders and submit appropriate documentation including work orders, parts orders, and time sheets. Communicate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem-solve to determine the best resolution to customer issues. Interact with customers providing the highest levels of service and productivity. This role requires strong mechanical skills, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and basic computer skills. Candidates must have experience in construction, small engine repairs, or pneumatic tool repair. Full-time employment is available Monday through Friday in Winston Salem, NC.
