Job Summary
Diagnose and repair heavy equipment accurately, identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently, and support customers on-site in service trucks. Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients during the repair process while strictly following safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized shop environment and take advantage of manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to evolving technology. Work independently and collaboratively within the team to solve customer problems throughout the Grafton region.
Required Qualifications
- Valid work authorization
- Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in diesel mechanics preferred
- Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics
