Service Technician

Diagnose and repair heavy equipment accurately and promptly while identifying and resolving issues efficiently. Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process, and maintain a clean, efficient work environment. Prioritize safety at all times by following established guidelines and procedures. Support customers on-site using a service truck and adapt to evolving technology through manufacturer-sponsored training. Work independently and collaboratively within a team focused on feeding the nation. Candidates must have a mechanical background in diesel mechanics, valid work authorization to work in the U.S., and the ability to work outdoors in Baudette.
