Diagnose and repair machinery accurately and promptly while using troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Deliver clear, respectful, and timely communication with customers during the repair process. Prioritize safety by following all guidelines and procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Stay current with evolving technology through manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to new skills. This role supports the Vermeer division's network serving arborists, landscaping companies, contractors, and municipalities across the U.S.
