Job Summary
Manage time and territory to provide timely resolution of customer equipment problems, coordinating on short notice for in-depth troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Perform in-service or commissioning of new equipment at customer locations while providing professional training on machine operation and repair techniques. Deliver technical support via multiple channels, manage warranty and goodwill issues, and coordinate boom inspections and welding repairs with required documentation. Market and support authorized service centers for repair work and parts purchases while preparing weekly service reports. Travel 50% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- 5-10 years of technical experience
- In-depth knowledge of mobile hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or Associate/certification in heavy equipment technology, industrial technology, or equivalent experience
- Mandatory safety training
- Travel 50% +/-
Desired Qualifications
- Multilingual a plus (German and/or Spanish)
- Concrete Industry experience a plus
