Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen cooking equipment. Communicate repair status with customers and the branch office, then accurately complete service calls while monitoring truck stock to ensure required parts are available. Maintain the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to represent Whaley quality standards. Meet reasonable on-call requirements and coordinate with the branch office to order parts. This role requires a safety-first mindset, three years of commercial kitchen or HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to complete paperwork promptly. Required Qualifications
- Safety First mindset
- Three years commercial kitchen repair and or refrigeration/HVAC experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Ability to accurately and promptly complete required paperwork
- Excellent customer service skills
