Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC while completing service calls accurately and on time. Communicate repair status updates to customers and branch offices, and coordinate parts orders with the branch. Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked and maintain the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per company safety standards. Meet on-call weekend rotation requirements and perform extensive daily travel to work site locations. Lift up to 100 pounds frequently and work in high-temperature environments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's license
- Driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
- Completion of a drug screen
- 1 Year of applicable experience in at least one skill set: commercial cooking equipment, commercial refrigeration, or commercial HVAC
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical background
- Journeyman License
- CFESA certification
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Good driving record
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with assistance
- Repeated bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing up and down ladders
- Extensive daily travel to work site location
- Exposure to hot grease from fryers
- On-call weekend rotation
