Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC while communicating repair status updates and parts orders to the branch office. Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner, auditing truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked. Maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms consistent with company standards and safety protocols. Work independently with extensive daily travel to work site locations, meeting on-call weekend rotation requirements. Lift up to 100 pounds frequently and work in high-temperature environments. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's license
- Driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
- Completion of a drug screen
- 1 Year of applicable experience in at least one skill set: commercial cooking equipment, commercial refrigeration, or commercial HVAC
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical background
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Good driving record
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with assistance
- Repeated bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing up and down ladders
- Extensive daily travel to work site location
- Exposure to hot grease from fryers
- On-call weekend rotation
Desired Qualifications
- Journeyman License
- CFESA certification
