Job Summary
Provide pest control services for homes and businesses by inspecting properties and treating for common pests. Manage your own route across Scottsburg, Austin, Seymour, and surrounding areas, prioritizing stops and building strong customer relationships. Look for ways to grow your route through sales while using basic equipment in indoor and outdoor conditions. You set your schedule, work independently with full training and licensing support, and earn up to $22/hour plus uncapped incentives. Tablet, vehicle, and gas card provided.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
- Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting
- Must undergo a pre-employment background check
- Must undergo a drug screening
- Must undergo a Motor Vehicle Record check
