Job Summary
Inspect properties and treat for common pests while managing your own route in Lake Mills, Northwood, and surrounding areas. Build strong customer relationships and look for ways to grow your territory through sales. Use basic equipment to service homes and businesses in indoor and outdoor conditions. You set your schedule and prioritize stops independently, supported by a team that provides extensive training and licensing assistance. Tablet, vehicle, and gas card provided for route service.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
- Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting
- Must undergo a pre-employment background check
- Must undergo a drug screening
- Must undergo a Motor Vehicle Record check
