Job Summary
Provide pest control services for homes and businesses by inspecting properties and treating for common pests. Manage your own route in St. Paul and surrounding areas, prioritizing stops and building strong customer relationships while looking for ways to grow through sales. Use basic equipment and tools in indoor and outdoor conditions, working independently with support from a team that provides extensive training and licensing assistance. This role offers flexible scheduling with no fixed hours, uncapped sales incentives, and a full benefits package including medical insurance and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
