Job Summary
Manage your own route providing pest control services for homes and businesses in Delano, Medina, Long Lake, and surrounding areas. Inspect properties and treat for common pests while building strong customer relationships. Look for ways to grow your route through sales and use mobile apps for daily tasks. Work in indoor and outdoor conditions using basic equipment, regularly lifting 25 to 50 lbs. Set your schedule with flexible hours and prioritize stops to build lasting client connections. You will undergo background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks upon receiving an employment offer.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
