Job Summary
The Service Technician I executes assigned tasks under supervision, including assisting with Hydrostatic Testing, Pipeline Pigging, Pump Operating, and Overboard Water Filtration. Responsibilities involve servicing, maintaining, repairing, and testing equipment, loading/unloading tools, and participating in training. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, experience with basic tools, and effective communication skills. This role requires participation in job safety analysis and compliance with safety and quality management systems while working in diverse environments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with basic hand and power tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn all equipment used in the field
- Ability to identify issues on the job
Additional Requirements
- Available 24-hour call (except for scheduled PTO)
- Must have reliable means of transportation to and from BlueFin office
- Required to work on both land and offshore jobs
- Extensive travel may be required
