Job Summary
Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. Drives maintenance tasks from work orders and preventative maintenance, completes the make-ready process for vacants, inventories and sources materials, documents maintenance activity, and assists with groundskeeping and painting. Follows OSHA safety requirements, oversees contractor work when needed, conducts routine property inspections, and maintains accurate records while supporting cost-control efforts. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications and state/local certifications as applicable, plus a valid driver’s license for property operations. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable)
