Service Technician - Part Time

Trek Service Technician at Trek Store Castro Valley focused on bike repair and customer-facing service. You’ll troubleshoot and service a wide range of bicycles, work with brand-new models before they reach the floor, build relationships with customers, and learn proper service methods and new technologies. The role emphasizes self-motivation, teamwork, hospitality, clear communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn while providing excellent customer service.
