Job Summary
Diagnose and repair electric forklift systems, LPG and diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and air systems at customer locations and in the shop. Perform preventive maintenance on all makes and models of material handling equipment to ensure maximum uptime. Accurately troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly with customers, and coordinate with the Parts Department to identify and order necessary components. Deliver high-quality service and build trusted relationships with clients who rely on your expertise to keep their operations moving.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry
- Basic computer knowledge including experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work under little or no supervision
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Proficiency in English
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- Must provide own tools
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

- CDL
