Job Summary
The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems and related building infrastructure. This role involves performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and HVAC system maintenance
- Familiarity with power tools and general maintenance procedures
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems related to commercial buildings
- Ability to write routine reports and maintain accurate service records
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in HVAC technology or related field
