Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles by performing accurate diagnostics on mechanical and electrical issues and conducting routine maintenance services like oil changes and fluid checks. Test drive vehicles using diagnostic tools to verify repairs meet manufacturer standards while maintaining detailed records of work performed and parts used. Collaborate with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and occasionally communicate with customers to explain repair needs. This role requires proficiency with diagnostic tools and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally

- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
