Service Technician

Conduct warranty and non-warranty repairs on medical devices based on work orders, including processing paperwork and disinfecting incoming units. Monitor spare part inventory, initiate reordering processes, and assist with inventory cycle counts. Write reports, cooperate with Sales and R&D, and support the Quality Management Representative with quality processes and incoming complaints. Maintain strict compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations while implementing instructions from designated specialists.
