Job Summary
Travel to customer homes to install new products or repair existing ones, focusing on window and door installation, glass reglazing, and general home construction tasks. Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs, perform preventative measures, and escalate issues to the Service Department while filling out detailed service reports. Explain equipment problems and repairs directly to customers, ensuring A+ service standards are met across all locations. Own your truck and tools, requiring a valid driver's license and auto insurance. This W2 full-time field position offers a competitive hourly rate between $20.00 and $22.50, with medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
