Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will perform maintenance and repairs on vehicle wash equipment, train customers on equipment use, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain parts inventory. You will handle electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and comply with safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Technician in a related area
- Clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations within the past 5 years
- No impaired driving convictions within the past 10 years
- Ability to use basic math and writing skills
- Demonstrable interest and aptitude in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to comprehend and interpret equipment manuals
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Intermediate computer skills
