Job Summary

Conduct mechanical and electronic measurements, record results, and inspect serviced pipettes against established quality and performance parameters. Reassemble and calibrate pipettes to meet manufacturer standards, ensuring all repair work adheres to necessary guidelines. Prioritize orders and expedit them through the database system while following specific customer requests. Complete related reports and data entry into the automated system. Focus on meeting service levels and turnaround time commitments, which may include working overtime as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least three months of related work experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Commitment to company safety policies

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous knowledge or work experience with pipettes
