Service Technician

Provide technical diesel and heavy equipment service, including routine maintenance and complex repairs. Read and follow job orders, observe equipment operation, use checklists to inspect parts, test-drive to verify operation, and document work. Inspect guards, bolts, and safety devices; adhere to warranty procedures, torque specs, and company policies. Attend training and stay current with factory bulletins. Build positive relationships with customers, maintain an organized workspace, and help achieve production objectives while delivering safe, high-quality service. Participate in continuous training and utilize available resources to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
