Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances; respond to work order requests promptly and professionally; inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness and coordinate with Service Manager/Property Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
- CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
