Job Summary
Part-time Service Technician at Mission Rock Residential in Edwards, CO. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems and performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, drywall repair, exterior structures, and appliances; responding promptly to work orders; inspecting buildings for safety and cleanliness and reporting items needing attention to the Service Manager/Property Manager. Requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, CPO certification (depending on property), strong communication and customer service skills, organizational/time-management abilities, a collaborative, solutions-focused attitude, a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the U.S. The role offers a compensation range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour (base pay plus incentive where eligible) and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance or related trade
- CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
