Job Summary
Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances. Ensure assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally while inspecting buildings for safety and cleanliness. Alert the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items requiring attention. Maintain a collaborative, solutions-focused attitude with strong communication skills and valid driver's license. Complete work orders and routine check-ups to ensure residents feel proud of their communities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade
- Valid Driver's License
- reliable transportation
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
