Job Summary
Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances. Respond to work order requests promptly and professionally while inspecting buildings for safety and cleanliness, alerting managers immediately to critical items. Maintain excellent customer service for prospective and current residents to ensure a quality living experience. Requires minimum one year of property management or building maintenance experience, CPO certification (desired), valid driver's license, and U.S. work authorization. Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 hourly plus variable incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Applicant must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
