Service Technician

Job Summary
Diagnose and repair MBG vending equipment including coolers, fountain, vending, and other dispensing units; perform preventive maintenance and maintain service records; respond to work orders and provide service at MBG accounts; use handcarts/stair-climbers to move equipment; work extended hours as needed, including weekends, with on-call rotations; must have a valid driver’s license and strong customer-service skills; Type 1 Refrigeration license required or obtained within 3 months of hire; company van provided; on-site maintenance at Ayden, NC locations.
Required Qualifications
- Type 1 Refrigeration license required - or obtain license within 3 months of hire date
- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
- Ability to move heavy equipment weighing over 150 lbs
- Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays when on-call
- Experience using handcarts and stair-climbers to move heavy equipment (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic mechanical skills
- General knowledge of electricity or refrigeration fields
