Job Summary
Conduct start-up services for complex HVAC equipment, perform ongoing preventive maintenance, break/fix repair, and equipment retrofit services across commercial heating, air-conditioning, and energy management systems. Troubleshoot and repair systems including water source heat pumps and rooftop packaged units while mentoring junior technicians. Maintain a clean driving record and bring your own hand tools to support field operations in the Hudson, Ohio area. Requires 5+ years of field experience, EPA Universal certification, and OSHA 10-hour training.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning
- knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems
- Startup experience
- Mentored others in the field
- EPA Universal
- Must have your own hand tools
- Must have a clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour training certification
- OSHA 30
- Openness to travel when needed
- Self-starter
