Job Summary
Conduct start-up services for complex HVAC equipment and perform ongoing preventive maintenance, break/fix repair, and equipment retrofit services across the Hudson, Ohio area. Troubleshoot and repair systems involving air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management while maintaining a clean driving record and owning necessary hand tools. Apply EPA Universal certification and OSHA 10-hour training to ensure compliance during field operations. Mentor junior technicians and deliver cost-effective solutions for clients ranging from new construction design through existing building operation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning
- knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems
- Startup experience
- Mentored others in the field
- EPA Universal
- Must have your own hand tools
- Must have a clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour training certification
- OSHA 30
- Self-starter

- Master HVAC-R
