Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain premium domestic appliances in customer homes and workshops while delivering exceptional service as the face of the Miele brand. Manage daily workloads to achieve first-time-fix targets, complete service documentation and invoicing, and maintain van stock and tools. Resolve field customer concerns and escalate technical issues where required, utilizing a fully maintained company vehicle and specialist equipment. Requires a domestic disconnect/reconnect licence, strong fault-finding skills, and an Australian driver's licence.
Required Qualifications
- Domestic disconnect/reconnect licence
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Current and valid Australian driver's licence
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and organise your workload effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Unrestricted electrical licence
- Gas and/or refrigeration licence
- Experience servicing whitegoods, appliances or other electrical products
- Experience working in a field service environment with mobile technology and KPIs
