Job Summary
Perform maintenance, mechanical assembly, and sub-assembly of Aggreko products following quality standards and work instructions. Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and overhaul equipment as required, including assembling fuel and cooling system hoses, pipes, fittings, and flange assemblies. Attend breakdowns and carry out installations, commissioning, and decommissioning while adhering to company health, safety, and procedural guidelines. Collaborate with teams to participate in continuous improvement projects. Maintain a safe and tidy workspace using various tools and equipment. Requires minimum diploma in mechanical engineering and 5 to 8 years of experience with diesel engines and generators.
Required Qualifications
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Min. 5 to 8 Years Experience Working in Diesel Engines and generators
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of service, repair, and assembly of mechanical systems, especially diesel generators
- Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, overhaul, and interpreting engineering drawings
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination
- Able to travel within short notice within Singapore and neighboring countries
