Job Summary
Perform machine setup, inspections, preventative maintenance, and light repairs while troubleshooting equipment issues and servicing attachments. Remove and install minor engine components, complete work orders and service reports accurately, and follow procedures for parts ordering and warranty documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment ensuring all completed work meets quality standards. This entry-level position offers $33.14 hourly pay with union benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off. Candidates must possess basic mechanical knowledge, computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with routine fluid and lubricant maintenance
- Ability to remove and install attachments and minor engine components
- Ability to provide and maintain a basic set of personal tools appropriate for machine preparation, preventative maintenance, and light repair work
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and work in a physically active environment for extended periods
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
