Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles, perform routine scheduled maintenance per dealer and manufacturer recommendations, and communicate regularly with the Service Manager or Advisor regarding work performed, parts needs, or concerns. Maintain highest quality standards by attending workshops, seminars, or classes to stay current on automotive maintenance, while strictly adhering to safety requirements, local and federal standards, and best practices for reporting accidents or incidents. Requires 3+ years of dealership or shop experience, Honda certification, valid driver's license, and ability to physically lift and move; own tools required. Weekly pay and competitive compensation ($90,000-$120,000) offered within Village Automotive Group's family-oriented culture across Greater Boston and Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as an auto technician in a dealership or shop environment
- Honda certification required
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position
- Must have own tools
- Team oriented
