Diagnose and repair client and dealership vehicles while maintaining positive relationships with returning customers. Examine vehicles, discuss repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor, and communicate additional service requests. Plan work procedures, provide labor time estimates, and monitor repair progress to update the service advisor regularly. Complete documentation for client repairs, assist in mentoring technician trainees, and attend company and factory training. Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation while keeping current with technical bulletins.
