Service Technician

Perform general maintenance and prep work to ensure market-ready apartment homes. Complete resident work orders and assist with preparing units for rent, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, and HVAC. Maintain pool areas by skimming, chemical testing, and logging. Conduct light electrical repairs, replace bulbs, and handle door locks/re-keying. Follow service procedures to completion and verify conformance to standards and resident satisfaction. Adjust procedures to meet production schedules; assist in distributing notices; inspect units daily and communicate needed supplies. Maintain safety and professionalism, uphold community policies, and support a harmonious team environment. Maintain accurate preventive maintenance records and other required documentation. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and be on-call.
