Job Summary
The Service Technician disassembles, cleans, sandes and refinishs machines from customers, then reassembles and certifies Mitsubishi CNC product lines for resale. Responsibilities include complete disassembly and cleaning, painting and refinishing to factory quality, reconditioning and certifying Mitsubishi EDM, Lasers, Milling Machines, and Press Brakes, performing maintenance and repairs in rebuild operations, applying EPA and OSHA rules, and installing new parts for restoration. Requires strong mechanical and electrical/electronics skills, ability to read blueprints/schematics, CAD/CAM proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ work experience in a manufacturing, tool shop or automotive Industry preferred
- Experience using automotive painting techniques
- 2+years of machine disassembling and assembling preferred
