Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical problems on boats, motors, and trailers. Assist customers by answering specific technical questions to help the customer understand the operation of the unit and the work to be done or work already completed. Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them to the supervisor. Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays during busy season. Education and experience: Marine Service Technician Diploma or certification required; knowledge/experience in the marine service industry; strong customer service. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to swim or wear a personal flotation device, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
