Job Summary
As an Agriculture Service Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, repair, and service agricultural equipment with a strong commitment to customer support. You will utilize specialized tools and cutting-edge technology to perform complex repairs and preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in service repairs, along with a Journeyperson certification or equivalent mechanical experience. Training opportunities are available, including participation in John Deere University.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance
- Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (i.e. Heavy Equipment, Automotive)
- 3rd or 4th year Apprenticeship candidate may be considered
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions
