Job Summary
Service on Leaf Home systems at customer homes based on logged service tickets and onsite inspections. Perform annual maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, basic plumbing repairs, reinstallation of systems, and removal of old units. Document, schedule, and close services in the ticket system accurately. Engage with customers to provide an outstanding service experience. Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company policies. Work standing and walking constantly with occasional overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in basic remodeling, construction, or a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable truck, van, or large SUV
- Functioning laptop, smartphone
- Functioning tools
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Must be able to stand constantly (67-100%)
- Must be able to walk constantly (67-100%)
- Must be able to drive a car/van/truck frequently (34-66%)
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms constantly (67-100%)
- Must be able to use hands to touch/manipulate/handle constantly (67-100%)
- Must be able to climb and/or balance occasionally (11-33%)
- Must be able to work at heights frequently (34-66%)
