Job Summary
Independent, on-site diagnostics and repairs of agricultural and turf equipment, including AMS products, with emphasis on customer communication, maintenance planning, and adherence to safety and manual procedures. Responsibilities include complex diagnostics, repairs, customer education, promoting service programs, coordinating with Parts for inventory, maintaining knowledge of John Deere and competitors, and completing all time/material reports. Requires operation of diagnostic tools and vehicles, ability to lift at least 75 lbs, and strong interpersonal/customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience performing on-site service repairs
- Advanced or Master Service Technician certification preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
