Service Technician - Lantower West Love

Service Technician role handling technical and mechanical work to uphold building systems and common areas at Lantower West Love. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing issues from resident service requests and preventative maintenance, completing make-ready inspections for vacants, coordinating materials and vendors, documenting work orders, assisting with grounds and cleaning tasks, and applying cost-conscious maintenance practices. Requires OSHA safety training, adherence to safety policies, and certifications for refrigerants (EPA Type 1 and/or II or Universal) plus a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on-property when applicable.
