Job Summary
Handle maintenance requests for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. Prepare apartment homes for move-in and maintain property appearance through pressure-washing breezeways and lighting checks. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies while adhering to Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM hours. This role requires HVAC certification and CPO certification, with a plus for bilingual skills. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Experience in general apartment maintenance or similar trades
- HVAC certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Liability insurance
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
- Pass pre-employment maintenance skills assessment
- Pass background check
- Pass drug screening
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM availability
- Flexibility with scheduling
