Service Technician

Complete or partial disassembly and reassembly of centrifugal pumps, valves, and rotating equipment. Perform component part evaluation, measure shaft run-out and other dimensions using micrometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators. Remove components from the customer site and install them back, aligning electric motors with dial gauges or laser devices. Conduct initial commissioning and new installation of pump sets, while troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis at the customer location. Prepare service reports and time sheets, adhering to company health and safety guidelines.
