Job Summary
Provide customer service installs, repair, and removal of coffee and beverage dispensing equipment within a designated regional geography. Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities, including emergency calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations. Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure accurate documentation for all service call closures, invoices, and customer signatures. Participate in on-call rotations covering after-hours and weekend schedules. Manage tasks to meet service level agreements while communicating clearly with customers and management regarding feedback and requests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of Mechanical and technical experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Able to travel within 100+ mile radius of branch location
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently
- Able to prioritize and perform both scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls, preventative maintenance, surveys and installations
- Able to work independently with little supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Previous foodservice experience
- Previous electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Tech Meter experience
- Previous experience in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain, Customers, Suppliers
